Job summary

Moonee Valley City Council is seeking an Investment Planning & Evaluation Advisor (temporary full-time) to support a major organisation-wide transformation program. Reporting to the Head of Investment Planning and Evaluation, the role will help implement an enterprise-wide Investment Pathway.

You will work across the Council to support investment planning, options analysis, business case development, benefits realisation and gateway-style assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment evaluation, economic appraisal, business case development, project appraisal, strategic planning or complex program environments.
• Able to engage stakeholders across organisational levels and translate complex information into practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Support investment planning, options analysis, business case development, benefits realisation and gateway-style assurance processes.
• Contribute to development of tools, templates and frameworks to embed more evidence-based decision-making across Council.
