Job summary

MSD Australia is seeking a senior leader to drive the National Immunisation Program strategy, working with vaccines commercial and policy teams to implement vaccines through government tenders and partnerships. You will manage state and national tenders, align policy with business objectives, and influence stakeholders across government and healthcare sectors.

You will oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and tender execution in a complex matrix environment, contributing to public health

Qualifications

Experience in vaccines, public health, tendering, or government stakeholder engagement preferred.
Understanding of the Australian National Immunisation Program is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Track and forecast vaccine stock movements and manage tender terms.
Collaborate with Federal, State, and Territory stakeholders on tenders and contracts.
Contribute to national vaccine and tenders strategy and policy alignment.
Align tender submissions with population health policies and immunisation needs.
Assess policy/regulatory impacts on the vaccine environment and company interests.
Lead cross-functional teams in defining strategic focus for NIP business.
Build and sustain relationships with government stakeholders and program managers.
Forecast and communicate vaccine demand, supply, and commitments.
