Job summary

Housing Australia is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to deliver financial planning, analysis and business partnering across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders to provide strategic financial advice, performance insights and decision support to support housing initiatives.

In this role you will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, build financial models, and contribute to Treasury budget processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering or commercial finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Experience delivering financial reporting, analysis and insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning across assigned business areas.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Analyse performance, identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
