Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Paddington, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Leader to own the financial management of the business. You will lead and develop the finance team, drive internal reports, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis, and partner with the senior leadership on strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Must have CFO experience in a commercial role.
• CA or CPA qualification and university degree.
• Strong financial, operational and strategic leadership.
• Proficiency with Excel and modern finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Internal management reports, forecasting, KPI reports and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Statutory compliance & reporting – taxation/GST/FBT/Payroll Tax etc,
• Leading change, innovation and continuous improvement in systems, work processes and practices to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Managing, leading and developing our growing finance team
• Maintaining and improving existing performance dashboards for key staff
• Partner with the senior leadership team on strategic growth initiatives
• Lead various projects including significant integrations, as well as the implementation of any new systems and upgrades
• Certain IT and commercial projects
