Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Digital Projects Lead to drive strategic enablement and hands-on delivery of digital systems across Asia-Pacific, with a focus on Australia. You will translate complex project and commercial management requirements into scalable digital tools, automated workflows, and data environments that improve delivery performance and client value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project, program, or commercial management in infrastructure or defence.
• Experience designing or delivering digital systems and data solutions for large capital works.
• Strong stakeholder management across APAC.
• Hands-on delivery from concept to BAU adoption.
• Ability to connect digital initiatives to commercial outcomes.
• Experience with defence procurement frameworks or DISP compliance.
• Familiarity with modern digital delivery stacks (Azure, P6, CostX, CDEN, BIM).
• Experience in consulting or advisory environment with value-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching digital solution approach for major programs.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to guide digital transformation in Infrastructure and Defence.
• Coordinate core delivery teams and centralised digital services for alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end development, testing, deployment of digital tools and data pipelines.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance across solutions.
• Lead change and embed digital workflows across project teams.
