Job summary

TripADeal is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from Byron Bay HQ or Gold Coast offices. You will translate business features into technical excellence, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead UAT and user communications for go-live.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital Agile environments, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience bridging business needs with technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in digital/Agile projects.
• Experience with CMS platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Proven backlog management, user story creation, UAT coordination, and end-to-end delivery management.
• Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized and proactive in driving work amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact workshops and interviews to design solutions aligned with long-term business goals.
• Manage and prioritise the sprint backlog balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints.
• Build strong relationships across Marketing, IT, and Product to drive alignment.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop user guides for go-live.
• Develop project plans and participate in status meetings and business readiness refinement.
• Serve as the primary voice between design, tech and business to foster alignment.
