Qualifications
- Experience advising on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and automation strategies.
- Experience with maturity assessments and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to design roadmaps supporting engineering transformation and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading modern engineering practices, tools, and operating models.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and automation strategies.
- Conduct maturity assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design roadmaps that support engineering transformation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation of modern engineering practices, tools, and operating models.
- Define DevOps and DevSecOps standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Support project teams through the delivery lifecycle from mobilisation to deployment and adoption.
- Mentor engineers and delivery teams to build capability and confidence.
- Contribute to solution development, proposals, and client presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technology and business teams.
