Job summary

Property and Development NSW is seeking a Project Officer, Strategic Development in Parramatta to coordinate and deliver development projects across NSW. You’ll work with a supportive team, combining planning, analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement to achieve practical outcomes.

We offer a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) with flexible work options and a salary relative to experience, ranging from $116,981 to $129,492 plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating development projects in a complex or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports for different audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, interpret information and identify practical solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and building positive working relationships.
• Understanding of project management principles, including risk management, monitoring progress and achieving quality outcomes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and project-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver development projects across NSW, including planning, analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support procurement activities and collaborate with internal teams.
• Juggle priorities across multiple projects to keep initiatives moving.
