Job summary

Lotterywest is seeking a permanent full-time Procurement and Contracts professional to partner with the organisation, delivering end-to-end procurement and efficient contract management services. You will ensure compliance with WA government policies, manage risk, and support development and management of medium-high risk contracts.

Reporting to the Director Procurement, you’ll coach stakeholders across the procurement lifecycle and contribute to building organisational knowledge and capability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high-level experience developing and implementing procurement frameworks, policies and processes in a WA Government context.
• Demonstrated high-level experience in contract development and management for complex requirements with WA Government compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and managing procurement processes.
• Developing and managing contracts.
• Providing advice, guidance and effective solutions to the organisation.
• Leading procurement best practice and building organisational capability.
• Managing risk and ensuring compliance with WA Government procurement requirements.
