Job summary

Ozcare is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team in Queensland. You will help translate business needs into practical system solutions that improve efficiency across the organisation.

You'll run requirements workshops, document processes and user stories, support testing and adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimise integrations and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BA in a business systems, technology or digital environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise applications and business systems.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with system integrations, data flows or application enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder consultations.
• Analyse and document business processes, system requirements and workflows.
• Assess impact of proposed system changes, enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Support system improvements, upgrades and optimisation initiatives.
• Assist with testing, validation and user acceptance activities.
• Develop process maps, business requirements, user stories and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Support change management and user adoption activities where required.
