Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a proactive Business Consultant based in Sydney to partner with our Redken salon network and drive growth. You will report to the Regional Manager, nurture client relationships, and help partners succeed through strategic guidance and actionable initiatives.

We value autonomy, results-driven performance, and a collaborative mindset as you expand the network across the Professional Products Division in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Hair Care or FMCG industry.
• A Cert III in hairdressing is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at a high level.
• Capable of creating and maintaining strong client partnerships.
• Target-driven with a proactive, independent work style.
