Job summary

Aurecon is looking for an experienced engagement lead to join our Asset Management Advisory team in Sydney. You will guide asset-centric data initiatives and digital solutions across water, defence, resources, transport and energy sectors.

You will lead streams, deliver client-ready reports and analytics, and mentor junior staff while expanding Aurecon’s advisory footprint through strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform, SQL, Python, low-code and cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-developed client engagement and project management skills.
• Experience working effectively in teams.
• Adaptability to different engagement types and client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Track record of project delivery in consulting or asset-intensive industries.
• A STEM/finance or related degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead streams or small projects and mentor junior team members.
• Develop client deliverables, including digital solutions and analytics.
• Contribute to bid development and client engagement activities.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Support Aurecon’s national Advisory team and foster collaboration.
