We're looking for a Strata Manager to join our team in Burswood, taking ownership of a well-structured portfolio with a mix of residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes. If you want to work in a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and real support, this is your opportunity.

About the Role

You'll manage a portfolio of diverse schemes with a range of complexities, working closely with owners, councils, and contractors to deliver outstanding service. You'll be responsible for everything from running AGMs and preparing budgets, to ensuring legislative compliance and managing day-to-day issues.

This isn't a role where you'll be buried under impossible loads — we believe in balanced portfolios and providing the right support to help you succeed.

What You'll Bring

Experience in strata management (WA preferred)

Certificate IV in Strata Community Manager

Knowledge of the Strata Titles Act 1985 and related legislation

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confidence in managing AGMs, budgets, and council relationships

A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
