Job summary

Mineral Resources is seeking dedicated Storepersons to join our Perth-based mining operations in WA. These roles operate on a 2/1 roster with FIFO from Perth, supporting a fast-paced warehouse in a heavy industry setting.

You will receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; manage storage and stock rotation; and maintain inventory records using our systems while adhering to safety protocols. Applicants must have on-site mining experience, a forklift license, valid driver’s license, and

• Previous mining/heavy industry experience.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Forklift licence and valid Driver’s Licence.
• National Police check within past 12 months or willing to obtain.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming goods, materials, and supplies
• Ensure proper storage, organisation, and rotation of stock in warehouse facilities
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
• Coordinate with departments to fulfil material requests and ensure timely delivery

Mineral Resources is seeking dedicated Storepersons to join our dynamic team in the heart of Western Australia's resource-rich Pilbara region on a various roster, FIFO Perth. These roles are generally on a 2/1 roster.

About the Role

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming goods, materials, and supplies
• Ensure proper storage, organisation, and rotation of stock in the warehouse facilities
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management systems
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfil material requests and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly, and secure work environment

About You

• Previous experience in a mining or heavy industry environment
• Proven on site experience as a storesperson
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating equipment safely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Valid forklift license
• Valid Driver’s License
• National Police check valid within the past 12 months or willingness to attain
• Full Australian work rights
