Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Lawnton, QLD is seeking an experienced Storesperson for a busy warehouse role with consistent Monday–Friday hours. $35 per hour plus superannuation, with immediate start available. You will pick/pack orders, use RF scanners, handle stock, and operate forklifts as needed in a safe, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, physical fitness, and teamwork in a hands-on setting within a well-established company. Training and on-site support are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience is required.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work and regular manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to complete warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Perform manual handling and labouring duties, including heavy lifting.
• Move and organise stock throughout the warehouse.
• Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily targets.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour + Super
• Location: Lawnton, QLD
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to complete warehouse and inventory tasks
• Perform manual handling and labouring duties, including heavy lifting
• Assist with the movement and organisation of stock throughout the warehouse
• Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
