Job summary

DHL is seeking a Storeperson in Melbourne to support busy warehouse operations. You will process inbound and outbound orders, perform put-aways, replenish stock, and use RF scanners and a WMS to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

A strong focus on safety and teamwork will be essential in this role. Applicants should hold a LF forklift licence with Reach experience, plus experience with inventory management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• LF forklift licence with Reach experience.
• Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently processing inbound and outbound orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Put-aways of goods to designated locations.
• Timely stock replenishment to maintain availability.
• Use handheld devices (RF scanners) for order processing and inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment
• LF forklift licence with Reach Experience
• Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of orders
• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
• Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Excellent attention to detail with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude
• Basic computer skills
• An understanding of the importance of adherence to WH&S policies and procedures
