Job summary

Auto Parts Group (APG) is hiring a casual Warehouse - Storeperson for our Dandenong South VIC distribution centre. The role focuses on loading/unloading, picking/packing, and safe stock handling with RF scanner technology. You will perform general warehousing tasks and may assist with van deliveries as required.

We value adaptability, teamwork, and efficient communication in a fast-paced environment. Forklift licence is desirable, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or logistics, with ability to lift up to 15 kg.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not required.
• Ability to operate RF scanning devices and understand ERP processes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and IBT cages.
• Pick and pack goods.
• Handle stock safely and use RF scanners.
• Perform general warehousing duties and comply with policies.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence for deliveries if required.
• Capable of light van deliveries when needed.

About the Role:

We are excited to offer a Casual Warehouse - Storeperson position in our incoming team at our VIC Distribution Centre located at Dandenong South. Join our dynamic growing team and play a vital role in our efficient operations!

The primary role of the Storeperson (Incoming) is to undertake:

• Loading and unloading containers and IBT cages
• Picking and packing of goods
• Safe handling of stock and use of RF Scanner Technology
• General warehousing duties
• Comply with ALL company policies, guidelines, directions & QA practices
• Repetitive movements and some heavy lifting
• Ability to complete deliveries in a van if required

About you, skills and experience:We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently and work well within a team.

• A good understanding of ERP-type processes.
• Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
• Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kgs.
• Forklift Licence (not required but is desirable).
• A valid driver's license for driving duties as required
