Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, dispatch, picking and packing in a warehouse.
• Current driver's licence.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Strong commitment to safety and housekeeping.
• Good attention to detail and accurate order processing.
• Professional communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming stock.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Assist with general warehouse operations to keep branch running.
• Maintain stock accuracy through inventory control.
• Assist customers with product and order enquiries by phone and email.
• Work with branch and internal teams to deliver reliable service.
• Assist local customer deliveries when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
