Job summary

Rexel Electrical Supplies' Derwent Park branch in Australia is seeking a full-time Driver/Storeperson to join a dedicated team. The role involves safe driving, loading and unloading deliveries, processing orders, stock checking and general showroom and warehouse duties.

You will maintain inventory, provide sales support to trades, uphold safety standards and contribute to a friendly, development-focused environment with opportunities to learn and grow within Rexel.

Qualifications

Current valid driver's licence with clean record - required.
MR Truck licence - required.
Current Forklift licence - desirable.
Prior experience in a customer facing or warehousing role is nice-to-have; training provided.
Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
Organised, responsible and a team player.

Responsibilities

Driving in a safe, courteous manner and abiding by road rules at all times.
General warehousing/storeperson duties including loading & unloading deliveries, processing & shipping customer orders, checking goods received, booking in purchase orders and stocktake.
Inventory maintenance and pick packing items.
General showroom & warehouse housekeeping.
Uphold an already strong safety culture.
Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades.
