This is an exciting permanent position where no two days are the same and your contribution truly matters.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a major part in getting our customers the products they need, when they need them.

This role is about working in a team to ensure goods receivable, deliveries and inventory are managed safely, efficiently and on time, while providing a high level of service to our customers. This is a varied and hands‑on role, with responsibilities including:

• On-farm deliveries in the businesses existing trucks and delivery vehicles
• Loading and unloading trucks, and managing dispatch and receivals
• Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer requirements
• Forklift, telehandler, loader, tractor and skid steer operation
• Managing inventory, goods receipting, dispatch and associated paperwork
• Maintaining a safe, clean and professionally presented warehouse
• Loading, securing and restraining loads in accordance with transport and company requirements
• Conducting pre-start vehicle and equipment inspections
• Maintaining strong safety practices and contributing to a positive safety culture across all tasks and activities

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring experience working in a fast‑paced team environment and a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture. You will also demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• A basic understanding of load restraint requirements and safe handling practices
• A basic knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills to build strong, long‑term customer relationships
• A reliable and positive attitude that supports a great team culture
• Forklift ticket and HR licence are required (or a willingness to get them)
