Job summary

Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety’s Carole Park warehouse is looking for enthusiastic casual team members to support our busy distribution centre. You’ll engage in receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, bulk handling, and forklift tasks, contributing to a supportive team and learning opportunities from our development programs.

You’ll join a close-knit team with access to training and the chance to make an impact from day one, within a respected industry leader renowned for employee discounts

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Good communication and a reliable attitude.
• Current forklift licence is desirable but not required.

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Receiving, labelling, and storing incoming goods.
• Sorting, loading, and unloading vehicles.
• Keeping shelves stocked and products well presented.
• Operating forklifts as required.

The Role:

Our Carole Park warehouse is looking for enthusiastic and committed casual team members to help deliver exceptional service!

In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across our busy distribution centre — including receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, bulk handling, and forklift operation.

You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit team that’s committed to helping you succeed. With access to our learning and development programs, you’ll be set up to make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving, labelling, and storing incoming goods
• Sorting, loading, and unloading vehicles
• Keeping shelves stocked and products well presented
• Operating forklifts as required

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and RF handsets (highly regarded)
• A current forklift licence is desirable but not required for success in this role.
