Job summary

Alspec is seeking a reliable warehouse team member for our Bundaberg operation. You will play a key role in moving stock efficiently and delivering high levels of service to customers in our growing team.

The role involves working with our automated Warehouse Management System and performing a broad range of warehouse, logistics and customer-focused activities. The ideal candidate will have warehousing or manufacturing experience, a customer service focus, and the ability to work to tight

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing/logistics experience.
• Forklift licence is essential.
• MR licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
• Complete pick and pack operations.
• Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Safely and efficiently complete customer deliveries as required.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of safety, accuracy and service

About the Role..

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in Bundaberg.

Working within our warehouse and distribution operations, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient movement of stock while delivering a high level of service to our customers.

You'll work with our fully automated Warehouse Management System and be involved in a broad range of warehouse, logistics and customer-focused activities.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated team member who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in getting the job done right.

You will ideally have previous experience in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing, combined with a strong customer service focus.

You will also have:

• A reliable, positive and self-motivated approach.
• A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A current Forklift Licence — essential.
• An MR Licence — advantageous.
