Job summary

Weir Minerals Rockhampton is seeking a hands-on, safety‑driven Storeperson to keep our operations running smoothly. You will manage stock, coordinate receiving and dispatch, and operate forklifts and cranes as needed while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

This role requires a High Risk Forklift Licence, a proactive attitude, and the ability to pass a pre‑employment medical. You’ll join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities for development and

• Experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
• High Risk Forklift Licence is essential.
• DoggIng ticket and SAP exposure is a plus.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Pass a pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviours in support of a world class safety culture.
• Own the flow of goods in and out — picking, packing, dispatching, receipting and organising transport
• Keep our warehouse and yard in top‑notch condition
• Maintain accurate stock levels and complete essential admin
• Operate forklifts, cranes and company vehicles safely
• Carry out quality checks and inspections
• Champion our Zero Harm safety culture every day
