Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Storeperson for Defence Logistics at Hampstead Barracks, SA. You will manage receipt, storage and distribution of Defence equipment in a secure environment, focusing on accuracy, safety, and compliance.

You will work with forklifts, WMS and stock control processes, contributing to a reliable Defence supply chain while upholding Toll’s safety culture and teamwork ethos.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience required.
• LF Forklift Licence essential.
• LO Licence advantageous.
• HR Truck Licence or higher preferred.
• Experience with WMS systems noted.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Team-focused attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and despatching freight.
• Picking and packing Defence inventory.
• Stock control and inventory management.
• Operating forklifts and MHE.
• Conducting stocktakes.
• Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Supporting Defence compliance requirements.

About the Role

As a Storeperson, you'll play a key role in managing the receipt, storage, handling and distribution of Defence equipment and supplies.

You’ll work within a secure Defence environment where attention to detail, accountability and safety are critical.
