Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets is seeking friendly Team Members to help deliver a great shopping experience and provide outstanding customer service in our NSW stores.

As part of the team, you’ll assist customers, stock shelves, support online orders and help create a welcoming store atmosphere with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a busy retail environment.
• Clear communication and the ability to help customers find products.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries throughout their shopping journey.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are tidy and easy to find.
• Assist with online orders and preparation for pickup or delivery.
