Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets in New South Wales is seeking friendly Team Members to be the face of our stores, greeting customers, stocking shelves and assisting with online orders.

You’ll follow store policies, help customers find products, keep displays tidy, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping journey. We value teamwork, flexible adaptivity and personal flair.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and thank customers as they shop at Woolworths.
• Stock shelves fully and maintain tidy displays for fast shopping.
• Assist online customers and pick orders for delivery or pickup.
• Answer questions and guide customers to products throughout their journey.
• Follow store policies to ensure safety for customers and colleagues.
