BIG W in Melton is hiring for a customer-focused retail team member to help customers find products, process checkouts, and contribute to a smooth shopping experience. You’ll be part of a supportive team across departments, with opportunities to grow within a large Woolworths Group network.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and at checkout.
• Stock shelves and prepare products for easy shopping.
• Support online order packing in hubs when required.
