Job summary

Coles Echuca is seeking a Store Support Manager to lead and develop a large team across store operations, distribution and frontline activities. You will ensure an exceptionally presented, welcoming environment for customers, team members and the community in Echuca, VIC.

You will report to the Store Manager and focus on achieving commercial targets while upholding Coles’ standards in merchandising, safety and compliance. This role offers growth within a dynamic retail setting.

• Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
• To assist the Store Manager to ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
