Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day stores and warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Oversee receipt, storage, handling and distribution of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure materials support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate inbound goods, inspections and supplier discrepancy resolution.
• Coach, develop and mentor store team members.
• Promote safety culture and WHS compliance.
• Drive process improvements using Lean/5S initiatives.

$80,000 – $85,000 per year + Superannuation

Lead a critical warehouse function in a growing South Australian manufacturer

Aliview is a leading South Australian manufacturing business that has been operating since 1995, producing and supplying windows, doors, shower screens and robes to major builders across the South Australian market.

Our recently upgraded head office and manufacturing facility at Dry Creek reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Supervisor to lead our warehouse and inventory operations.

This is a key leadership role within our manufacturing team and will suit someone who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations, leading from the front, developing people, improving processes and ensuring materials are available to support production.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will oversee all warehouse and inventory control activities, ensuring materials are received, stored and supplied efficiently to support manufacturing operations.

As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Leading the day-to-day operation of the stores and warehouse function.

Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes.

Managing the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods.

Ensuring materials are available to support production schedules and customer commitments.

Coordinating incoming goods, inspections, and supplier discrepancy resolution.

Leading, coaching and developing members of the store team.

Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements.

Identifying and implementing process improvements, including Lean and 5S initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or inventory supervisory role.

Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong inventory control and stock management experience.

Demonstrated leadership and people-management capability.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on and proactive approach with a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement or warehouse optimisation initiatives will be highly regarded.
