Universal Store is hiring passionate, customer-focused team members for the Christmas trade period. This is a Casual opportunity, and successful candidates must be available to work from October 2026 through to 7 February 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
• Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
• Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
