Job summary

Universal Store is hiring casual team members for the Christmas trade period, from October 2026 through 7 February 2027. If you love fashion and enjoy connecting with customers, join us to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be part of a supportive team, with onboarding and training provided to set you up for success during our busiest season.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
• Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
• Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
