Whitsunday Regional Council in Mackay, Queensland is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a busy warehouse environment. You will operate a forklift, pick and pack orders, load and unload trucks, and maintain accurate stock records.

The role is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week with overtime when available. A forklift licence, current driver’s licence, and pre-employment medical/police checks are required; local applicants preferred.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse environment. Your duties will include operating a forklift, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, receiving and dispatching stock, conducting stock takes, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also assist with general warehouse housekeeping while ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Working within a small team, you'll play a key role in supporting customer orders and maintaining smooth warehouse operations.

Work Environment

In return, you'll secure an ongoing Monday to Friday position working 38 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime when available. You'll be paid a competitive casual rate of $40/hr + penalties + super on a weekly basis and join a supportive team within a well-established business.
