Sunglass Hut in Burwood is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across premium eyewear brands. You’ll drive sales, coach staff, manage stock and store operations while embracing innovation in retail tech.

You will champion strong visuals, develop talent, and foster a inclusive, fast-paced environment. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and genuine career progression within EssilorLuxottica’s Sunglass Hut network.

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Store Manager to lead our Burwood team.

Your Responsibilities

About You

• You’re a sales superstar with a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and support them through new initiatives
• Passion for technology, innovation and learning, with a desire to stay ahead of new product launches
• Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
