About the Role

As the Store Manager at Geraldton, you'll take full ownership of the store's performance and be the driving force behind an energetic, customer-focused team. You'll lead by example, inspire your people, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back. With full access to sales reports, KPIs, and P&L insights, you'll have the tools and freedom to manage the business as if it were your own, which means you will be maximising sales while managing costs effectively.
