JD Sports Southland in Melbourne is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach a large team and drive sales targets while safeguarding a premium customer experience. This senior role focuses on coaching, store operations, and strategic product placement to maximise profitability, with ongoing opportunities across retail and support functions.

THE ROLE

This role operates Tuesday to Saturday with varying hours. By applying, you confirm your availability to work across those days.

At JD Sports, our customers come first. As a Store Manager, you'll run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. You'll create a positive workplace where everyone can grow while delivering the results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.
