Job summary

SHEIKE Rundle Mall is seeking a Store Manager to lead our boutique with confidence and style, driving a high-performing team and delivering empowering customer experiences. This full-time leadership role is based at the Rundle Mall store, with competitive salary and incentives.

You will shape store performance through coaching, merchandising, and strong people management, while upholding SHEIKE’s inclusive, bold culture and career development pathway.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of store management experience in fashion retail.
• Strong styling skills and passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead and develop teams.
• Experience driving sales via KPIs and budget management.

About the Role

As our Boutique Leader, you’ll be a true SHEIKE brand ambassador—leading by example, building an engaged and high-performing team, and driving results across all aspects of the store. You'll create an inspiring environment where your team and customers feel empowered, stylish, and supported every single day.

This is a full-time leadership role based at our Rundle Mall store.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Minimum 2+ years of Store Management experience, ideally in fashion retail

• Demonstrated experience driving store performance through KPIs and budget management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset
