What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
• Drive performance across sales, KPIs, and product sell-through
• Oversee store operations — including inventory, visual merchandising, stock management, and presentation
• Manage rosters, train and coach your team to reach their full potential
• Build meaningful connections with your local community, brand partners, and ambassadors
• Lead by example as a hands‑on, positive, and inspiring in‑store presence

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in retail management (Store Manager or strong 2IC level)
• A track record of achieving sales results and driving KPIs
