Macpac Adventure Hub Majura Park in Canberra is seeking a proven Store Manager to lead one of the brand's biggest success stories. You will manage a 20+ strong team, drive KPI performance and champion change to extend an already exceptional culture.

As a resilient leader, you will deliver top‑tier customer service, motivate diverse colleagues, and oversee rostering, training, merchandising, stock control and safety.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience.
• Track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
• Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferable.
