Forever New Clothing Morley in Western Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive sales in a fast-growing fashion brand. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coach staff, manage rosters, oversee visual merchandising and deliver exceptional customer experiences while staying flexible for late nights and weekends.

You will foster a collaborative store culture and mentor your team to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• You have retail store management experience.
• A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• A passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong and engaging communication with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to execute effective roster management.
• Previous visual merchandising ability.
• Open to late night trading, public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Grow leadership capabilities through 1:1 training and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your store team and customers.
• Drive store collaterals and merchandise presentation to reflect brand standards.
• Oversee roster planning and store operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
