Munro Footwear Group in Melbourne is seeking a Store Manager for our David Jones Concession on Bourke Street. You will lead from the front, driving sales, coaching your team, and delivering a standout store experience.

You’ll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp, with a track record of leading teams in premium retail and a passion for exceptional service. You will optimise store operations, presentation, and stock flow while building a high-performing culture that motivates staff
