Job summary

Liquorland is seeking a Store Manager in Traralgon, VIC. You’ll lead a fast-paced retail team, create engaging stock displays and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your RSA and experience in hospitality or retail will help drive sales and store performance.

You’ll manage payroll, rostering and liquor inventory while maintaining a welcoming, well-organised store that reflects our brand values and customer-first culture.

With your background in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods environment (retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles), you'll build genuine connections that ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

About You And Your Skills

• You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments and want to learn about our products and grow with us
• You're social, enjoy chatting with people, and are all about delivering an awesome customer experience
• You're great at admin tasks like payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store.
• Hitting store goals and boosting sales gets you excited
• You have an RSA certification, or are willing to obtain one if you don't
