Beacon Lighting Noosa is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Noosa store in Queensland. You’ll drive store performance, develop a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences, all while maintaining a great work-life balance with every second weekend off.

From day one, you’ll be supported through our Bright Start induction and ongoing training, with exposure to exclusive product previews and opportunities to progress into Accredited Lighting Consultant.

• Proven leadership experience in retail environments.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers and staff.
