The Athlete’s Foot Charlestown is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage stock and rosters, and uphold OH&S standards. Working with the Area Manager, you’ll champion customer service, visual execution, and community connections.

You’ll develop your team, monitor KPIs, and deliver coaching, training, and succession planning to build a positive store culture focused on results, wellbeing, and growth.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on attitude with ability to lead from the front.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and driving a culture of success.
• Strong operational know-how in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock.
• Strategic thinking and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Skilled at building relationships with support office teams and local partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.
• Motivate and develop your team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and GRIA guidelines.
• Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing.
• Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships.
• Ensure OH&S compliance in line with national and state requirements.
