Seed Heritage is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Watergardens Concept Store, driving a customer-focused experience and building a high-performing team culture. This role offers a clear career pathway toward future leadership opportunities.

With 2+ years in fast-paced fashion retail leadership, you will coach staff, manage rosters and stock, exceed sales targets and KPIs, and uphold Seed Heritage standards with an eye for styling and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
• Experience leading a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• Strong leader with ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
