Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring your team to achieve their KPIs and personal goals.
• Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, our interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates.
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new team members.
• Champions a safety-first mindset culture, empowering your team to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
