Responsibilities

• Lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged Brand ambassadors within your store.
• Enable and empower Store Management teams who are customer-first, people-focused and results-driven.
• Coach your team to deliver brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for customers.
• Identify development needs and motivate wellness, engagement and performance for succession.
• Collaborate with Field VM and Merch teams to use insights to drive store results.
• Manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
• Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation and lead team projects globally.
