Job summary

Endeavour Group's BWS Boggo Road store is seeking a Store Manager who leads with energy and a people-first approach. You will inspire your team, drive sales, and deliver a safe, customer‑centric shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for inventory, housekeeping, budgets, and adherence to Liquor and Service of Alcohol guidelines, while tailoring store presentation for the local community and growing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail/hospitality leadership
• Proven experience leading teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving
