Robins Kitchen Brookside is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Brookside store, own performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day. You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and promote a service culture.

You’ll lead from the floor, recruit and induct new team members, and ensure stock control, merchandising, and data integrity while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results.
• Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets.
• Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service.
• Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team.
• Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members.
• Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes.
• Ensuring visual merchandising, windows, and store presentation meet brand guidelines.
• Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity.
• Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run store environment.
