Job summary

Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd in Wagga Wagga invites an experienced Store Manager to own our House store. This hands-on leadership role drives sales, develops the team and delivers outstanding customer experiences on a fortnightly rotating roster.

You will oversee stock, merchandising, rosters and store administration while maintaining brand standards. You will coach your Assistant Manager and team, recruit when needed and lead from the floor to set the service standard.

Qualifications

• Proven store management experience in retail.
• Strong sales focus with cost control.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience with rosters and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own store performance and achieve sales, budget and KPI targets.
• Lead from the floor and set the standard for customer service.
• Coach, develop and motivate your Assistant Manager and team.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members.
• Manage stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
• Oversee rosters, store administration and data integrity.
• Maintain a safe, compliant and well-presented store environment.
