Oz Hair & Beauty in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Werribee store. You will lead the retail team, manage rosters and ensure a high standard of service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an A-grade retail store in hair/beauty.
• Managed a retail team of 4 or more.
• Strong customer service with proven sales results.
• Organised and merchandised store to maintain visual appeal.
• Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate the retail team.
• Plan store rosters effectively.
• Work with L&D on training and upskilling with brand knowledge.
• Oversee store salon operations.
